PM4HR is working on an eBook [fourth attempt to find spare time since 2008 :-) ] to provide a practical guide for project managers in Human Resources!  It's actually a series of short books/booklets that are easy-to-read in digestible amounts of useful information and templates.  Here's the plan for the series:
